* - Then they charge you Rs 500 for their assessment test (which is fair enough to me but they didn't give me any receipt for that) and in this assessment too, the assessor will repeatedly ask you the questions like have you ever been in a plane?, have you went to any where abroad for vacations? Let me give you an honest review because most of the good reviews here are seems to be either fabricated or influenced. I wonder if you guys have anything such as customer satisfaction? Or customer service? I demand refund of my fee because I am not interested to take any more classes at Berlitz. I demanded refund but they said they dont have such policy.you are looting students. 45 mins of the class is spent on such things.once she settled.she gave us listening test to do and in the middle speaker battery was dead.on my first day class strength was 15 and on second day half of the class left and joined click5.
I joined Berlitz for IELTS and its a huge huge disappointment, such big name and you have nothing to offer, teachers are not guiding properly! First day of the class and teacher is having 3 white board markers and all were dry, none of it worked.after that she started distributing books and were short of it.blamed it on the management that the lady who keeps stock, she already left.after that she gave handouts to all students.and still were short so she went out to make copies and came back after 15 mins.
